For US customers

Authorized Service Provider for consumers located in the US

*If you are an end user, please follow the steps below when your device (regardless of the series) is under warranty.
1. Print and fully complete the After-sales Form (link attached).
2. Provide a copy of your proof of purchase, such as the original receipt and the verification code on the product envelope.
3. Safely ship the item along with the After-sales Form and relevant proof to the address below. Please do not send accessories such as tanks, coils and glass tubes in the package that are not covered by the warranty. We are not responsible for lost items.

*If you are an e-cigarette store owner, please contact your dealer for assistance or email directly to sales@vidgewise.com.
*If you are a dealer who purchased directly from Vidge, please send the defect list directly to your sales representative. Once confirmed, please send all defects to the warranty center for inspection.

For EU customers (including UK)

If your device (regardless of series) is under warranty for 6 months, please follow the steps below.

If there is any malfunction/issue of your mod/battery, please provide below information if you still have it when you email us: (In order to solve your issue ASAR)
1. A picture of receipt or purchase proof.
2. A picture of label with QR code A&B, which is on sleeve of product box.
3. A video or picture to show the device malfunction.
4. The country you live in.

For customers in other countries

Before you submit warranty claim, you need prepare below materials:
a. A picture of receipt or purchase proof
b. A picture of anti-fake label
c. A video or pictures to show product issue
